Motivation And Morale Is Low β€” A Brief Take On Numbers 13 (04/11/2026)

This is really about how the Israelites must’ve felt when they were about to enter Canaan, and it is relatable as to why they may be so demoralised concerning even getting there let alone giving the destructive locals the boot… yet ten of the spies (not Caleb and Joshua, see verse 30) were fear-driven and actually poisoned all the people listening to them concerning the report they gave β€” why did they all think Jesus couldn’t finish the job? Hopefully I can get to this here… this chapter is found in page 86 of my NKJV Bible, page 110 of my NASB Bible (Old Testament), pages 175-176 of my VOICE copy, and pages 178-179 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve believed there was no way I could go forward, but at least every time I was able to believe Jesus was able to clear a path. Still, I don’t want to test Him as the ten spies with Caleb and Joshua had done, either in thinking He couldn’t help or that we can do something reckless and expect Him to clear the way… and I’m not sure which is more frequent. But when I was homeless a second time, and when this had happened for quite a while, I was starting to wonder if I’d ever find work. But Jesus didn’t quit or give up, nor did He take the easy way out 😁😁😁😁😁πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³ and I’m still grateful to Him that He got me through that. Later, though, more mega-crap happened, and I’ll spare you the details for now, but thankfully, He delivered me into an even better living situation in Gilbert πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠπŸŽŠπŸŽŠπŸŽŠπŸŽŠ I still don’t want to embarrass anyone, for there’s a good chance someone will see this and report lies and slander to the one who had betrayed Jesus… yet after a year in the Gilbert apartment, I had to leave because of inflation and that the help to sustain me was running out, but I still never returned to homelessness a third time πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡ I do hope to stay where I’m living, though, mostly if it’s close to work… but another living situation in Gilbert would be great if I can’t. However, due to more and more American “Christians” getting more and more unsound (as opposed to 2 Timothy 1:7 (NIV)) and that not enough people with good leadership skills can prevent hateful rhetoric from seizing the entire planet (not to mention freedom of religion will probably end when the U.S. turns 250 in less than three months), there’s a good chance I won’t be able to post on here anymore.

In Moses’ time, though, freedom didn’t mean offence was supposed to happen, and the people’s hearts were willing to serve Jesus for a time, but I’m sure many readers know most of them defected to their own agenda and the gods of Egypt after this πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„ indeed, Acts 7:42-43 quotes Amos 5:25-27 about this sort of thing with the golden calf Stephen had mentioned in Acts 7:41. I pray repentance for those who still do this right now, for it doesn’t seem right if they reject God in following that stuff enough… but again, the people who suppose they would’ve known better in those days (I don’t know how I would’ve reacted to this if I were with them) β€” as for me, I think any step in faith is always met with criticism and opposition so that everything Jesus does is reversed, and those wickedness-lovers who make it happen are stronger, smarter, and more prepared than everyone else. For they’re able to use the Scripture as a weapon and even shield themselves from accountability in terms of an inflammatory saying πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ the atheists are professionals in doing this. Indeed, the Great Apostasy was perfected several years back when every country had COVID-19 and we were all in lockdown mode, knowing that authoritarianism would be the only thing we can look forward to when it comes to leadership of any kind. Even the churches who were unwilling to support this at first have since fallen in love with it 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬 so even if you’re not in MAGA country, there’s no way we can stop them from taking over the world. But Jesus will take His Church from among the unrighteous in every people group and the congregations that still have any disciples. Yet He says, “Come out of her, My people!” (Revelation 18:4) β€” so that He would have us all to Himself. For He is a jealous God, and for His bride, and He won’t forgive those who try and steal you from Him should they know what He’s like yet come to the inappropriate conclusion that He’s dumber than a pile of rocks or something.

In short, the devil must’ve sensed that Israel had been getting worn out from the journey to Canaan and was pragmatic on putting his own thoughts in Caleb and Joshua’s fellow spies, knowing God would pulverise the whole country because they had listened to them and challenged His goodness, and on the tenth occasion in their time together since leaving Egypt, too. His glory was threatened. May we do well to learn from them… by means of Hebrews 3:7-19. That will expand more on all this, but for now, I’ll mention it was unbelief and offence that had stopped Israel from entering Canaan for 40 years, which I’ll speak more of in the next note. See ya!
