Amidst all the jibberjabber I always hear from others at work, I read chapter 12 and am actually afraid that… maybe there was a reason controversial passages like this and Amos 3:2 were written, but then I remember something in Deuteronomy 32 about the Israelites not being God’s real people after all. This chapter is found in page 86 of the NKJV Bible, page 109 of the NASB Bible, pages 174-175 of my VOICE copy, and pages 177-178 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.

With what I just said, I’m actually referring to those who know Jesus to be the One to save the earth even in Moses’ time, since there were many prophecies pointing to His birth centuries before, including in Isaiah 7:14. For if all the Israelites were indeed God’s children (yet He has no grandchildren), they wouldn’t have opposed Him like this — one such case being Aaron and Miriam, Moses’ older brother and sister, respectively, being detailed here. And Jesus took all mankind’s punishment on the cross so we’d experience His forgiveness and new life, but it’s not enough to know this (for each human being needs to receive and love Him in response to this, and no one is left out of a chance to know Him — perfection even after receiving Him is still impossible, though, but thankfully not necessary). One song by Casting Crowns, in the middle, has these lyrics: “The Father gave His only Son, the Way, the Truth, the Life had come, but there was no room for Him in the world He came to save” 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔 and I don’t know what good this post will do. Indeed, I have a history with this passage (though I didn’t believe myself to be like Moses in every way), mostly in the first half here. For I referenced verses 1-8 to someone in downtown Phoenix when I had discovered an apartment staff member of where I was living at the time had made things up concerning my demeanour — more mega-crap followed, which I don’t want to go into details, but it would be another three years before I’d find a job for sure. People like this can ruin our lives… and that’s how I went to the mental hospital: by someone’s prejudice against my Christian faith. And sadly, the enemies of God… are real, and they’re everywhere…

It’s a shame Aaron and Miriam had opposed Jesus because of Moses’ humility towards Him, and they were all in their 80s, too, so it doesn’t make sense that they, the older siblings, had criticised Moses because he loved Jesus (he’d later write about Him; see Deuteronomy 18:15 and 18, and also John 5:46). They also likely knew He’d take their punishment over 1,450 years after this incident, too, so I’m convinced they’re in Hell, now… their deaths are recorded in Numbers 20, but I don’t want to go into detail about this now. But you what I don’t understand? How does verse 14 here explain something humiliating a guy had done in one culture so that God would reference it? And why is this happening as if His goodness were irrelevant? I don’t want to be around those who say Jesus didn’t take our place on the cross for all mankind, of every generation. It makes about as much sense as Frogger dying in the water even though he’s a [expletive] frog! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ This [expletive] I can’t accept, for the Americans love to portray God as hateful and unforgiving, and that’s why I’d rather not be around the public most days. They hate any idea about God being compassionate or anything else like it, and there’s at least 200 million of them in the U.S. alone, especially the “Christian” nationalists, which number a frighteningly high 120+ million here. And the population’s almost at 350 million, but I pray for those who visit to attend a FIFA ’26 match to experience the love of Christ that they deserve to hear (FIFA is the Soccer World cup occurring here in North America, and it happens in a particular part of the world every four years). I pray the same thing for the visitors for the Women’s World Cup occurring here a year later, and for those from every country watching the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics in southern California 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 at least, for now, though, I can’t wait to get to the Psalms… I want to remember God’s goodness explained in some of them, but I guess people would rather erase it from everyone else’s brains and memories! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 Until then, God-willing, I’ll see you in chapters 13-14 where I’ll write multiple notes 📝 📋 and even slip in something concerning the difference between forgiveness and reconciliation. During the narrative about Moses leading all of Israel out of Sinai to Canaan, after the Passover had been observed, he asked Hobab, his brother-in-law, if he could join him. Initially, he declined, but Moses appealed to his knowledge about the wilderness, for neither he nor the others with him had been to Israel before, so Hobab accepted the offer. I think Jesus wanted to give Hobab a good place where the Israelites were going to be living. And I wonder, if we’ve declined an offer for something familiar, wouldn’t Jesus try again to reach out? This passage is found in pages 84-85 of the NKJV Bible, pages 107-108 of the NASB Bible (Old Testament), page 172 of my VOICE copy (the note in between that and chapter 11 goes into the next page for some reason), and pages 174-175 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.

I think I’m a lot like Hobab in this passage right now, and so are most of us, for I often daydream about getting a place in Gilbert again, and I work here, too, but it’s a shame TPUSA has ruined everything even before the pandemic had started (Trump and his men, along with the other heads-of-state in other countries — they love to trample underfoot the poor and needy ones from among mankind; I didn’t vote for any of this). Now, of course, corruption can go down in any place despite that, seeing they put Biden in charge in late 2020 (though corruption went down for only one year after that, and in 2023), but I guess the voters are callous-hearted against anything good! I didn’t find the COVID-19 vaccine any good, though, for I knew it was satanic and deadly, seeing it had killed thousands more on top of those the virus had already eliminated, and so the last plague was worse than the first. Thankfully, in early 2022, the mandate for the “vaccine” ended for everyone in the country, so I didn’t need to get tested again. And I’m grateful I always came back negative every time, and I never got the virus anyway, so I didn’t need the vaccine, but I couldn’t have avoided that by my own strength; Jesus, I think, had kept me from it. Psalm 91 wasn’t written in vain or to no purpose 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇 I was also kept safe from many other bad things during that time, and the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: Booster Course Pass tracks were being released in two 4-track GPs each several times during that era, doubling the game’s tracks from 48 to 96. I still wish they had waited another year or two to release the next Mario Kart game after the Switch 2 came out in mid-2025… oh, well 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

When Moses appealed to Hobab to come on over and live with him and the others in Canaan (remember, Canaan had been the one to populate the area until Israel came over), and Hobab accepted it, I think it’s a lot like Jesus’ invitation for others to experience eternal life in Him, which other Scriptures later explain (see 2 Timothy 3:15). Of course, by this time, the Israelites had tested God on several occasions already, and we’ll later read that they sadly are stuck in Kadesh as He judges everyone who violently opposed Caleb and Joshua (at least, if they were 20 years or older) — for 40 YEARS!! I’m not actually looking forward to this, as I said in a previous post, but shortly after I’m done writing this one, first off, I don’t have much time to write anything else online for today, and second, I’d rather not ride my bike at night, even with my bike lights on, seeing that I now live northwest of the library by several miles, so it’s past U.S. 60, and I don’t need to be at the library every day. But I came to drop off some CDs I had borrowed. The next note will be a short overview of Numbers 11-25 — this will be filled with a bunch of disappointing episodes, just so you know. I’m sorry if you were expecting more successes, but we need to remember the Bible is a brutally honest book, containing controversial stories in many parts, even on part of many of the good guys. But Jesus never did anything wrong, so we can worship Him freely, even if someone were to judge Him as if He were supporting sins of some kind. Maybe many of them don’t know any better? I’m not sure; I can’t say, but I don’t want to conclude that ANYONE is headed to Hell! Even the ICE guys should repent and follow Jesus. Literally. But I’ll see you in the next post! I’ve seen a few too many things about animal sacrifices in this section of the Bible by this point, and Jesus had never wanted them to be a thing (Hebrews 10:6, Psalm 40:6), for it’s impossible for them to take away any of our sins (Hebrews 10:4). Indeed, these sacrifices actually remind us of our sins year after year (Hebrews 10:3). But again, the people who followed Moses wanted dead religion, even as they were being delivered from Egypt — Exodus 16 has a passage about God saying, “How long will My people test Me?” And from this came three and a half books full of laws He never wanted. This chapter is found in page 83 of the NKJV Bible I have for this four-translation work, page 106 of the NASB Bible (Old Testament), pages 169-170 of my VOICE copy, and pages 172-173 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.

In the midst of all this, though, I pray more of the Israelites find Jesus in all these laws and passages and recognize Him as the One who came to save the earth, and we’ll need Him because more propaganda is flooding the earth in various ways, including the idea that war from God through humans works in every season — what worked in one season doesn’t work for another season, for Acts 17:30-31 says what it says for a reason. (Hey, that rhymed!) Indeed, I noticed a note in the VOICE copy (all these notes came with the translation when I first got it nine years ago) that mentions divine war. There was a place for that back in Moses’ time, but now, Jesus wants us all to practice peace, again, because of Acts 17:30-31. I really don’t want to mention how the U.S. defies Him in many communities in such terms, because I’ve said this on here A LOT, but unfortunately, a challenge to worldly culture and/or religion always ends up being a challenge to the government, who should honour Jesus with the laws they make, but I don’t have it in me to run for a political office even though I’m legally old enough to run for president, now — we can’t change the world through political content, just as Jesus didn’t come to lead by force, but by His mercies and compassion for others. It’s too bad the American Church hates this truth, though. So, I’ve decided to seek messages from Christian pastors in other countries, if I can actually understand them, that is. And when they try and do me in because I follow the Lord Jesus apart from the worldly stuff pretending to be holy (which, many so-called Christians deny) — indeed, that’s a whole lot more common than we may imagine — it’ll be like Philippians 1:12-26 again for me, just as it had been with my unjust detainment in a psych ward for four days and a mental hospital for another 30 because someone decided to lie about me based on my faith in Jesus 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 it’d be great if they repented, though, for Jesus wants us to pray for our persecutors, but when this happens due to honouring Him, there’s never an easy fix, for repaying evil for good is straight-up demonic. And that wasn’t the only occasion this had happened to me (though that was back in mid-2014), but a lot of awful stuff followed as a result. Thank God that ended when I was invited to live in Gilbert with a friend from church, but it all fell apart eventually due to the pandemic (I’d rather not mention it here, but I think the Lord Jesus may want me to report this to you, the reader(s), one day) — I’ve faced a lot of housing insecurity ever since.

Despite that, though, the Lord Jesus is faithful to give His people what they need when it happens (if offence is nowhere to be found, I guess), yet many people go in multiple countries without what they need because they’re doing the right thing. And this shouldn’t happen anywhere, much less the USA, but apparently, the Lord’s goodness is earned here 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ this is so unbiblical it ain’t even funny 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ the heretical sermon from almost 300 years ago, “Sinners In The Hands Of An Angry God,” has been the theological basis of the country since it first came out, and whenever people preach forgiveness even for ordinary things, the whole crowd loses their minds! 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ For who said forgiveness, love, and hope can only come to those who can earn it? Certainly not God!

People will call me heretical because I preach these truths, though, just as many in Israel had said during the time of the prophets there that men like Isaiah, Jeremiah, Hosea, Amos, Micah, etc. had spouted nonsense (one example is Hosea 9:7-9) — why is it considered absurd in the Church that love, hope, and joy exist? I already feel pretty weak in this world; there’s no need to drag me to the ground and kick me in the nuts after clubbing me in the head because I only want what’s right! I guess opposition to the truth is never not present when someone mentions it 😓😓😓😓😓😓😓 — I can see why people think Jesus only shows up to take our problems away 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ if persecution was the only thing we could look forward to for following Jesus in this life, though, 1 Peter 5:10 wouldn’t have been written.

I realize there’s not much to go on from this chapter, though… and I wish I had more to say… but until then, I’ll be looking into Numbers 9 to see what it would teach me. Later, party people!

This is the second-longest chapter in the Bible, behind Psalm 119, which is 176 verses long (this chapter’s just 89 verses long), and the content every six verses, starting from verse 12, is the exact same, going to verse 83 (different translations render each section with some tweaks into it, but I guess the VOICE version decided to do that here so they don’t lose the readers halfway through the chapter). This should look like a boring premise, like how Leviticus doesn’t have a lot worth mentioning, but Jesus tells Moses to write all this down so it can eventually be made known that love-based deeds is a better payoff than fear-based anything. Indeed, this chapter is found in pages 81-83 of the NKJV Bible I have for this four-translation work, now being more than seven years long, pages 104-106 of the NASB Bible (Old Testament), pages 166-169 of my VOICE copy, and pages 169-172 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.

I know I sound like a broken record by this point, but fear-based everything is too common where I work, and I don’t want to encounter any again. Indeed, this is in Gilbert, the safest place in Arizona, never being far from #1 in the country in this category… but the U.S. is dropping like a rock in safety levels, which are already too low to begin with 🙄🙄🙄🙄 yet most of the world’s greatest needs are in nations like Chad 🇹🇩 and Burkina Faso 🇧🇫 only 20 nations have about 85-90% of the world’s deepest needs being unmet. But we’re not doing enough… I don’t know if you have the power to be Jesus to the least of these like He had commanded in Matthew 25:34-40 to alleviate any suffering, though… but if you have a debt you didn’t ask for, that’s actually understandable 😰😰 I’m sorry that I can’t do much about it, though, for I have bills to pay that are due in just two weeks, and I’ve spent too much already. I’m grateful I’ve gotten more hours for work this week, starting at 🕒 this afternoon (I may need to stay later to push in the shopping carts 🛒 again 😅😅 that’s often what happens to me after closing time when I get to work so late), but even if I get more hours this week (I’ve already gotten extra time for not one, but THREE shifts this week as of yesterday afternoon; I guess God told the manager I should get my bills paid since there’s no other way to do it besides SurveyJunkie.com), I’ll need to utilize ALL my wages to put towards either feeding myself or paying my rent… and I’ve bought enough food and lemonade already, but I don’t know how long it will last me — even if I spend NOTHING today, I’ll need to bet on getting even more hours just to get my rent paid without using my savings 💸💸💸💸💸 and I want to do it ASAP so I don’t become neglectful later. But if I’m honest, I think anything else I say about others’ attitudes concerning me will only put me in hot water, for I guess my livelihood depends on if people actually like me, and people can change faster than lightning 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ I wish being honest didn’t get me put in mortal peril…

But that’s not what God wants. For being honest with Him never offends Him, and He won’t ever punish someone who asks Him anything, no matter how challenging or bizarre. If being honest with Him about anything ever provoked Him to offence or renouncing love, He wouldn’t be God, and Jesus’ words about forgiveness wouldn’t have worked. Again, if someone makes fear-based obedience popular, the Lord Jesus is always #devastated 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 and I’ve seen people try and erase the love of God in my life in the past. Now, they’re trying to enforce hateful content and the idea that God doesn’t do forgiveness, and whoever embraces it will never be saved. Indeed, we were ALL warned against this atheism being triumphant, and I know I’ve actually cried once or twice concerning the fact that they wanted to erase all good progress here, for I was saying to Jesus, “DO SOMETHING!!” 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 But I had yet to know they had known what they were doing, Trump and his supporters, and I recently came to the conclusion that, in spite of God ending the pandemic a few years ago, corruption going down a bit here, and even many loans being forgiven, such as some of mine, I guess no act of God is ever without criticism!

The love of God should NEVER be attacked by His own church, and I’ve met great people who worship Him in spirit and truth, but it’s an abomination from Hell that even the best of churches can follow false prophets and false messiahs like Muhammed, Buddha, and that one guy who claims Jesus worships him you’ve probably seen. But Trump’s more of a false messiah than all of them, though I’m not convinced he’s the antichrist… I won’t be surprised if he is, though. Indeed, I used to rate heretics on a scale of one to John Calvin when I had first found out about him and how he’d deceived most of the global Church into believing hateful teachings that sound more biblical than anything else. But now, because Trump had made the AI video of himself as a huge golden statue in Gaza a year ago, he’s broken that scale. And I hate Trump’s ideas now more than I hated John Calvin’s ideas over a decade ago when I was fighting Calvinism and trying to warn others about it. I didn’t actually think it was possible, honestly, even during and after Trump’s first term in office several years back. It’s something I should’ve seen coming… and I don’t claim to be an expert on this, either. But Jesus may be the only way to resist all that… yet they’ll claim we’re resisting Jesus, and they’ll paint Trump as if he were naked on a cross like Jesus had been… this cursed image Moses may have warned about in Deuteronomy, which I’ll get to eventually, if God wills — the church has rejected this truth, just as Stephen was right to assertively mention that those who’d then stone him to death, making him the Christian Church’s first martyr ever (read Acts 7 for the message and what happens as a result), were also following idols as their ancestors had been. And the U.S. churches have followed these idols of power, money, and total control for too long. I don’t think this should be happening. Shouldn’t we be faithful to Jesus as He is to all mankind? But I guess I may end up like Stephen because he had spoken the truth — for those who don’t know, Stephen had been slandered against by godless men who claimed he was speaking blasphemies against Moses and God (read the second half of Acts 6), and they may tell me the same thing, but this time, they’ll accuse me of speaking blasphemous words against Trump and God. I think they had Proverbs 24:21-22 in mind when they were doing this to Stephen… and they’ll weaponize this passage to curse the Lord Jesus with when they decide I’m sitting on a throne of lies. The trial was illegal in Stephen’s time, yet Saul (who was also called Paul from Acts 13:9 onwards) was thrilled about the whole thing (see Acts 8:1 (Amplified Bible (Classic Edition))) — he must’ve supervised it. The trials and harm ICE does is illegal in my time, too, and I’m heartbroken about the chaos in Minnesota right now, for I know ICE is occupying that part of the Midwest and many others, but Renee Nicole (not someone I knew) was murdered by them a week and a half ago there, and I wish that state could be released from there. It may seem nice and safe when I step into Gilbert to run an errand or go to work (remember, it’s actually safe there compared to at least 95% of the other places in the U.S.), but ICE’s terrorism reign looms here in Arizona, too, and I remember hearing there was an ICE raid last summer/fall in a town along the 69, which you can take by getting off I-17 at exit 262 (or exit 263, if you’re going south). I do hope my nieces were safe there when they and their mom and maybe some other family members went there last Christmas, though.

I realize I went off on a huge tangent about terrorism in the U.S., so I hope you can forgive my rambling 😅😅😅 but this is a huge issue that must never be ignored. Indeed, we actually saw a net loss 📉 of those who came here from foreign countries to live here last year, and this hadn’t happened since 1975. But that was because of the stuff I had reported on here… I still remember they once suspended immigration throughout the country for several months claiming to be safe during COVID-19 — Trump had made the largest monetary contribution to the science lab in China where they cooked it, larger than all the other world leaders, over 200 in all. The dude even denied it! But I guess this won’t work on many countries anymore… a bunch have embraced Trumpism, the false teaching that Trump’s the face of the Christian Church — the Lord decided to give this country up to this heretical content they’d been pushing since the mid-70s, about 50 years ago. I’m surprised Project 2025 wasn’t thoroughly set up by now, but they had crossed the halfway point already, yet they hadn’t made a lot of progress since last May. But they will continue from where they’ve left off… and when they finish, God’s love will be spoken of as if it had enabled entitlement and laziness. When this happens, weaponisation of opinionated content disguised as Christianity will be enforced, and forgiveness of every kind will be illegal, including for trivial things like accidentally bumping into a table and a piece of wrapped chocolate 🍫 falls to the ground. But if we can, we may be able to undo at least some of the atheist process before it happens ⏪️🔀 I pray we’re able to.

And you may be asking, “What does all this have to do with fear-based obedience?” Well, if they can, they’d enforce fear-based leadership and criminalise love-based everything, and God doesn’t want this to happen. Indeed, fear-based commands shouldn’t be even remotely legal, but I guess they want to treat righteousness as if it were under attack by good people! This is called the “persecution complex,” and it has been popularised by the media for ages here and in many other places. The churches in the country follow this, too, which is weird, because it says in 1 John 2:15, “Do not love the world, nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of God is not in him” (author’s translation). Indeed, the people here pretend God’s Name is under attack when someone who loves money is arrested for fraud or even if a rapist is jailed up for life because of what they did 🙄🙄🙄 this sickening abomination from Hell, God says, will never be forgiven. Indeed, He also says these sins will stay with them, even after they pass away, and there will be no end date for their punishment from Him… ever.

Avoiding fear-based obedience is possible, though… but it’s because of the reign of terror the “Christians” are directing that this is becoming impossible, divine intervention or no divine intervention. And I can’t tell when God will resolve anything… I guess that’s part of what Jesus had said in Acts 1:7 about the times and the seasons that God had set for the ages like in Deuteronomy 29:29… I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ but at least Jesus knows how to shatter the idea that fear-based leadership, obedience, or commands should be mandatory 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇 I’m not sure how He does it, so I guess we’ll have to spend a lot of time in the Word of God and enough prayer so that we can’t be broken by the world. I know, for my part, that I was reminded in the last 36 hours that the law of Moses wasn’t meant to be what God had intended for life, and that many later Old Testament passages echoed a ton of these commands God hated (see also Ezekiel 20:25-26). Paul reiterates this in Romans 7:7-13 when he talks about his own experience with the Mosaic Law and his sins, which, we can’t avoid at least half the time… I know I don’t think I’m very good at it, and whenever I want to do what’s right, either a sin or even a hateful human being is always there to trip me up. Even though I want only what’s right, we’re trapped in a fallen world that can’t accept good things of any kind, even if corruption goes down in Babylon, of all places… when will Jesus come back?! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 But it’s nice to know people from every tribe, tongue, and nation will be saved, first (Matthew 24:14). Yet the waiting is driving me nuts… but until then, I’ll keep writing Bible notes and hopefully get to Numbers 8, if I can.

I’ve been busy with many things… and I’m meeting with a friend today, but first, it seems fitting to write on Numbers 6 about the Nazarite vow and the Aaronic Blessing at the end, but I cannot say too much right now. But this chapter is found in page 81 of the NKJV Bible I have for this four-translation project (when will I be done with this haha 😄 😆 😅 it’s been seven years since I got started), pages 103-104 of the NASB Bible (Old Testament) page 166 of my VOICE copy, and pages 167-168 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.

Verses 1-21 detail a Nazarite vow (I spell it with two “a”s instead of two “i”s because I don’t want to speak favourably of World War II, but don’t worry, God didn’t have that in mind when He mentioned anything in this chapter), and let me tell you, keeping that vow is a lot harder than it looks or sounds. I’ve had friends who’ve done this vow for a year when I was in college, and while I’ve wanted to do the same thing, coming into contact with a corpse by accident would warrant me having to give sacrifices of different animals to God by means of a burnt offering (verses 9-12), and that would be way too complicated. That’s why I still haven’t done a Nazarite vow yet… but thankfully, that’s optional. I remember watching I’m Not Ashamed twice about Rachel Scott’s walk with Jesus before she was tragically murdered (along with a dozen others) by her classmates because she had honoured Jesus from the day she first met Him — it’s not easy to do that, though — she didn’t do a Nazarite vow, but I’m not convinced that’s necessary for the Christian walk. It would be great to pull that off, but there’s other stuff to honour God with, too.

The last several verses of the book are about the Aaronic Blessing to Israel upon Aaron’s consecration detailed earlier in their journey to Canaan, and I think that’s great… but while I’ve heard that at a friend’s wedding in 2013, I don’t know how I’m going to incorporate that into today’s world when it seems NOTHING gets to warrant the Lord’s blessing even in another country where Gods Name is actually upheld by any church. There’s still some Christians who love Jesus here in the U.S., and thankfully, this hasn’t been criminalized yet, but I’m convinced that’s only the case because there’s a lot of self-censoring here. And that’s happening because… there’s too much fear of the government, either in worship to them or in feeling trapped by them… and if you’re feeling there’s no way out even if you have $50,000 or more in your savings so you can leave and start a new life where safety and kindness is actually upheld (sadly, I know neither are popular here due to the fact this country’s much ruder than North Korea, of all places (they come in 17th place in terms of rudest countries on Earth while the U.S. is at 6th place 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ I want to be in Hawai’i instead)) — I don’t blame anyone who wishes they were from the Southern Hemisphere, like Brazil 🇧🇷 or even South Africa 🇿🇦 — it’s not fair good opportunities were stolen from most of us here, and I’m no exception. I actually fear I can’t get anymore of them… and I just moved somewhere I can enjoy, though it’s not what I would’ve chosen, but let the Lord’s will be done, I guess 😅 🤷🏼‍♂️

I hope to be back by Christmas to speak blessing to you who love this content and to anyone who wants only good things to happen, regardless of where you come from in this world or where you live or even your religious background, for the Aaronic Blessing is for those interested in finding Jesus, and He loves everyone, so verses 22-27 will be my main focus then. For now, though, I bid you adieu.

While this chapter is found in pages 80-81 of the NKJV Bible I have for this round of Bible notes, pages 102-103 of the NASB Bible (Old Testament, 1995 version), pages 165-166 of my VOICE copy, and pages 166-167 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy, I have to be honest, I don’t see a lot of things worth mentioning, for I’m just looking forward to the blessing in the next chapter, which, sadly, isn’t very long. Why did Moses write Numbers like this? And what was he thinking in often getting angry with others about stuff like in chapter 32? These questions I can’t answer, and I’d rather not ask ChatGPT about it right now, seeing that, too, can offer a skewed perspective about things. But one thing I know for sure (spoiler alert): NOTHING goes well for most of the people he’s accompanying, even after the conquest of Canaan (read from Joshua 24:16 until the end of Judges), whether anyone remaining a long time later after the first census had been made knew Moses or not — sorry for the spoilers, guys.

I don’t want to say this story has no happy ending, either… but I’ll save most of the details for later. For now, though, I need to say that unfortunately, the Israelites under Moses had loved unforgiveness as well as the idols they’d served all their lives. And I’m convinced preaching anything isn’t enough, unless one’s life is so unmistakably righteous no one can misunderstand it — ergo, Jesus, who spoke the famous words of Matthew 5-7, called the Sermon On The Mount, which is harder to practice than to remember, for being merciful is sadly easier said than done, given the prescriptions for the adultery test in verses 11-31 here. I wish I could skip all this and go straight to that section of Matthew right now 😅😅😅😅😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩 but I have some good news: I’ve been reading the Beatitudes pamphlet, and I don’t want to keep it a secret from others that we should practice forgiveness instead of cruelty. If we don’t do this, God won’t be forgiving, just as Jesus said in Matthew 18:35 after He had mentioned the parable of the unforgiving servant. And there’s no excuse for us if we don’t forgive others, for Jesus died for all mankind, given the truth of 1 Corinthians 8:11 (Greek) and that nothing can replace it, not to mention the fact it’s impossible for Him to die again (Romans 6:9). If it were, He’d need to suffer again and again every so often, and that actually reminds us of our sins every time, like in Hebrews 10:3 when the author of that letter writes about the old covenant system (Leviticus 16 may have been what he was getting it from).

I don’t want to be around unforgiving people, and I’m sure if you’re sensible enough to believe this, you won’t want to do that, either. Indeed, such cronies are nothing but abusive and would literally tear apart their children over a missing earring or something. These times of ignorance God overlooked, but now He calls all mankind to repent and follow Jesus, just as Paul had said in Acts 17:30. He then goes on to say that Jesus died and rose again and will judge the world in righteousness based on this (verse 31). At least, though, God gives many chances for others to believe this, like how a bunch of people were curious about what Paul had said about it (verse 32). Unforgiveness is an absolute deal-breaker, though.

I’m looking forward to covering chapter 6 about the Nazarite vow and the blessing for Aaron and everyone else in Israel, so I want to end this note here. I’m going to be honest, I don’t think I’ll have professional commentary on this, seeing that I’m mostly unfamiliar with what’s in this section of Numbers, but I thought I’d line this up with how the Church is supposed to operate (maybe with help from a sketch of this chapter by a Tumblr blog I used to follow before I was shut out of the website — never mind, I couldn’t find it, but found something better). I am typing this from my phone, though, so I’m sorry if I don’t know how to work the photo uploads and how to put them in my posts on the go 😭😭😭😭😭 but this chapter is found in pages 79-80 of the NKJV Bible I have for this, pages 101-102 of the NASB Bible (Old Testament, 1995 version), pages 163-164 of my VOICE copy, and pages 164-166 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.

I don’t see much how this counting of the people among the Levites ages 30-50 plays out into previous chapters (verses 34-49), but 2,750 people in the 15th century B.C.? That’s pretty cool! And I’m glad these guys followed instructions for when they leave for Canaan soon (spoiler alert, the whole nation had to wait for 40 years or so to enter), seeing the tabernacle is visually amazing! Prerty neat, huh? Yet I’m more looking forward to the New Jerusalem city in Revelation 21 with many cool-looking sights, including streets made of gold, probably a bunch of zip lines from building to building, beach volleyball on the rooftops, houses with more stained glass than a European cathedral, water slides, etc. If we think Jesus only has music waiting for us, it defeats the purpose of Matthew 25:31-46 about the children of God coming into the Kingdom when He defeats Satan (see Revelation 20:9-10). Indeed, such thinking comes from a religious spirit, and that’s not biblical. I don’t know where the martyrs will be, but hopefully they get triple the rewards for the next kind of devotions others gave to Him ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ but anyway, we’re supposed to be a godly church in the meantime. I do believe in prophetic change to every degree and to thwart evil plans (God does both, see Proverbs 12:7), but if we are unkind about anything or repay evil, as though God couldn’t win the war Satan had started, Jesus will say, “There no longer remains a sacrifice for you, just as Hebrews 10:26 says.”

Speaking of church activity, Acts saw some of the best work of the Gospel during Bible times, period! And while I’m not there yet, I can say none of the Christians were violent about anything, seeing that Jesus had said in Matthew 11:12 that from the beginning the kingdom of God suffers violence, and the violent take it by force. I think with people idolizing Kirk even after some dude shot him dead, it shows that they don’t believe in God or His ways, seeing that they love money and would do anything to claim some extra cash they don’t need. I know for my part, I don’t find it easy to stay humble and to remain faithful to Hebrews 13:5 about avoiding the love of money (1 Timothy 6:12 says that’s the root of all the evils), and upon waiting for something that was promised for me, I don’t know what to do when someone delays it, or worse, cancels it altogether. I hope I can get the restoration I deserve… I’ll need it in order to become debt-free sooner rather than later, and I don’t want to wait too long to honour Jesus like this, nor for anything else. For patience should never be used as a weapon, but when it is, it confirms the reality of Proverbs 13:12 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 and offence often wins because of this, like in Mark 2:1-12 when Jesus healed a paralytic but then some people gossiped about Him. I bet you there’s more occasions with things like this…

It really shouldn’t be the case where the Church is more unrighteous than the world around it. Indeed, I’m truly at wit’s end concerning this… I wish I could find SOMETHING to do to make it any less unbearable… but I’m glad I went to YC’s by Power Road and the 202 this afternoon to revisit some good Asian food I’ve enjoyed for years but no longer go often, seeing that I’m often busy at work and the location that’s closer had been a bad experience for me when I last went there a year ago. Regardless, I need more from God… when that comes, I’ll be thrilled! Until then, I’ll see you in the next chapter about an adultery test Moses was commanded to prescribe (chapter 5)! Later!
