Even More Of What God Never Wanted But Demonstrated As A Shadow Of Things To Come (Part 1) — Leviticus 11: Faith and Food (07/12/2024)

It’s roughly quarter to 1 a.m. Arizona time as I write this, and let me just say there’s some things here that mention which animals the Israelites could and couldn’t eat, but Jesus knew that God didn’t want that for them or for anyone else. Indeed, He said all foods are clean (Mark 7:19). This chapter is found in pages 63-64 of the NKJV Bible I have, pages 81-82 of the NASB Bible I have (Old Testament), pages 134-136 of my VOICE copy, and pages 132-134 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.

It’s interesting God says to make a distinction between the unclean and the clean (verse 47), and He later brings up in Ezekiel 44:23 for us to distinguish between what’s holy and unholy (NKJV). Indeed, Peter cites verses 44-45 here in 1 Peter 1:16 when he talks about Jesus’ perfection and how His Spirit is supposed to be the only One leading the penitent to this, just as He had spoken of our sanctification in Matthew 5:48. Other than that, I cannot find anything else worth mentioning, but I can guarantee you that several parts of Leviticus 19 are found in the book of James. I think the Lord’s half-brother, who wrote that letter, alludes to that. But how can I follow the New Testament style sanctification process? I guess this is something I’m not very knowledgeable in, since the churches, for a long time, have thrown it away in favour of following something overtly offensive (though not all of them have done this). Yet, there’s idolaters in every church, including Two Rivers! I’ve met people there who do medical marijuana and approve of it, and there’s over-the-top political people there, too. I don’t like it. It’s not supposed to be this way, and I’d rather not tell the pastor how to do his job, for I usually think things like this tend to work themselves out. But many of them have been going to my church for years, and I don’t know what to do about it. And who knows if it will survive the next six months and later when more authoritarians gain footholds for many days without number? Plus, Gilbert’s where God has called me to do life in, and I’d love to see more of His glory in the southeast Valley and beyond. I’d rather not be in one place too long, though, and if I could leave the country in favour of something safer and (hopefully) more affordable, I would. Indeed, the criminalization of homelessness is just the tip of the iceberg, I think. So there goes my plans to buy a house anywhere here… and when they aggravate more people who used to be homeless (such as myself) but haven’t been for any amount of time, I think we’ll have a crossroads in which people will become irreconcilable to Christ or be treated less humanely than how ISIS used to do things. Remember them? They were so bad they got kicked out of Al-Qaeda, an Islamic terrorist group, and the U.S. was up in arms when they blew up the Twin Towers in September 11, 2001! If you still don’t understand, what I’m trying to say is that the people who hate even the Christian converts from Islam while proclaiming the same faith they now have are the same who are Islamizing Christianity, and they’re doing it with the U.S. flag, Trump, and weapons, not to mention they’d use the Bible and Jesus’ cross to ridicule everyone. And since I can’t afford to leave the U.S. and get a job somewhere in a safe land where I can pay the bills, I’m likely to be toast. Even if they don’t manage to usher in more of Trump’s or Biden’s interests, I don’t think it’ll be favourable for the earth, for both support wars in the East. We should bring more troops home and decide to put away a war-like attitude here, but I know most of the people in each part of this and several other lands (such as Russia) never will, so I think the U.S. will crumble in no time at all, for we’re not even a decently stable nation nowadays, and I don’t want to avoid preaching the Gospel of Jesus to others. I think a civil war can break out due to what the people want politically, and I hate it. It used to be about people not clamoring for power, I heard, but now, everyone’s saying, “IT’S ALL ABOUT ME!!!”

Who hasn’t done the corruption of following nationalism nowadays? That’s what I want to know. For as the Israelites had done with offending Jesus so much, too many people here have always loved to do the same, thus resisting the Holy Spirit (see Acts 7:51). Who among the churchgoers don’t get persecuted for speaking truth to a rebellious congregation? For they can try me because I say that writing Jesus’ Name in anything, ballot box, a Gospel-tract, a conversation with a grocery employee at your local Fry’s or Safeway, you name it. Indeed, they’re saying I’m wasting my vote, but I’m trying to mention to the world that a new creation is coming (see Revelation 21:5), and I honestly won’t be surprised if I get killed for saying this. For social hostility on religion/spirituality is high here, and because I oppose gun violence, too, a battle-lover can butcher me and rape the women close to me! And if you’re cut to the quick about this, I hope you learn that this is worldly even if it’s dressed up in the Christian faith.

I should also mention, this is part one of seven chapters of special prescriptions I need to address, since Jesus should be worshipped instead of the Mosaic Law that many people still think overrides Jesus’ sacrifice (see Galatians 3:13), yea, the time is coming in which if someone were to kill you for following His words, they’d think they’re offering God service and honor, and they’ll do this because they don’t know God personally even though they’re very much aware of what He wants for all mankind, ergo, forgiveness and salvation and new life (see 1 Timothy 2:4). But I’ll probably do chapter 12 about childbirth soon… just a heads-up, if you see someone using this as a weapon, don’t believe them! And when they accuse you of rejecting the truth, there’s nothing you can do, but they’ll simply show themselves to be utterly reprobate and foolish (Psalm 35:7 (Septuagint), Proverbs 16:22), since they love to confuse the godly with ridiculous questions (Psalm 35:11). My mom has done some of this before, and I can’t stand it when someone undermines God’s goodness for someone no matter where he/she is from. I don’t want to hear a single word. But God-willing, I’ll see you in the next chapter.
