I must be honest, I’ve actually hoped I could arrive at this chapter sooner, for there’s a couple of things I see there that are worth mentioning. It’s found in page 63 of the NKJV Bible I’m using for this, pages 80-81 of the NASB Bible (Old Testament), pages 133-134 of my VOICE copy, and pages 130-132 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.
First off, it must’ve been wild to see fire come from the Lord God and devour Nadab and Abihu, since they would rather offer things to Him their way instead of how He wanted it. I think they didn’t believe God accepted sacrifices out of faith (see Hebrews 11:6) But I found a note on the Amplified version that I don’t actually like that much, since the nuances don’t actually allow room for creativity. For someone banishing a child because they didn’t know any better about something (this happens to us all) is tantamount to grabbing someone by the genitals with their victim not knowing where it came from. This is not found in the Scriptures. Indeed, I’m noticing that hateful men have flooded that version with all sorts of things the Lord never said, and they’re calling it truth. But that’s what the people of this country want to mandate… I hate it. But honestly, I think we’re screwed either way, for the leaders don’t follow Jesus even though they say they do. It says in Psalm 146:3 not to put your trust in princes, on whom there is no deliverance. But the churches where division is popular are disobeying this word from God and thus exalting atheism, which He will never forgive (Psalm 53).
Second, verses 16-20 detail Moses’ fury with his nephews that Aaron still had, and I don’t like that he was enraged with them. It says in Ephesians 6:4 and Colossians 3:21 the stuff it says for a reason. I looked it up online one day years ago as I was heading to Bee’s swim class in northeast Phoenix and I noticed a related word to “exasperate” (albeit a distant one) was “reject.” And I won’t do that with any of my nieces, ever. Indeed, Moses had committed an unfair sin with his remaining nephews, but they were probably already full-grown, yet he knew better than to do this, and they had done the right thing. When Aaron explained everything, he was satisfied. And I must wonder, how many times does anyone reading this actually berate their sons and daughters because they did what was right? Indeed, we’re all learning about stuff (unless someone’s willing to curse Jesus as if God hated Him like all the fascist lawmakers do), but the proud people insist that a good servant is actually willing to overturn them to their enemies, just as everyone who remained in Judah arrogantly spouted that Jeremiah’s secretary, Baruch, was turning him in to the Babylonians when he was reporting the truth to them (read Jeremiah 42-43 for more details). And just think: do you know anyone who wouldn’t say this concerning the idea that someone’s willing to deliver me into the Russian or Chinese governments even though I’m not from either one of these areas? I don’t even want war with them…
Speaking of reporting truthful things, why would a nation like this criminalize homelessness throughout the whole place? I’ve been homeless twice before, and it wasn’t even my fault, for my mom had driven me mad and was too broke to help me out both times. But the “Christian” rulers insist that no one should live unless they were Bible-thumpers. It says in the Scriptures, “Love does no wrong to a neighbor” (Romans 13:10), but they think this drives worthlessness through the roof! These guys really do hate the poor, and that’s the most un-Christian thing I’ve ever heard. It’s why I didn’t even bother watching the fireworks this time (they were looking bland this year anyway). Indeed, I’ve noticed a pattern of disturbing political content that occurs around this time of year, yes, each time Independence Day is close. The fireworks scare the pets also, and I don’t want to make it difficult for them, plus, at this point, I don’t think the U.S. deserves to be celebrated, for authoritarian rule is already happening. And even if neither of the political candidates had actually decided to make a ridiculous agenda, it’s not like we can be safe anyway, right? For godliness is becoming illegal. I have friends who are homeless, and I can’t stand to see them go because of the tyrants the devil had put in power all this time. I think people only voted for Biden because of the pandemic and they wanted more authoritarianism, as well as to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine that they knew wouldn’t work (and would actually kill people), and so the last killer is worse than the first. Don’t you remember this? Indeed, the writing’s on the wall that the U.S. is a dead nation.
I pray we can all be safe in what looks like a never-ending battle for freedom that seems to be dying with no resurrection, and I hope I can see you in the next chapter.
