Another Round of Instructions For Moses, Part 1 (Exodus 25) [12/13/21]

I like that God says “whose heart is willing” to obey Him here, not some religious obligationary tactics (sorry if I got bad grammar here haha). There’s a lot of details on how this should work, and as I was discussing it with some friends last time I was in southern California in early 2013 (this was in the days of when I first wrote Bible notes for everyone to see, and I think I was writing in John’s Gospel, or Acts, I can’t remember… but my friend, Taylor Haze Warren, might remember, since we were at In-N-Out that afternoon in the Palm Springs area. Hey dude, if you’re reading this, I’m glad you and your wife with the same name exist,, and I pray blessings on you both, and if you have any children πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘§ I’d love to catch up with you sometime. And don’t worry about how I’ve turned out years later, even though I’ve had some setbacks after we last talked, I’m doing much better now, and am actually getting fairly close to becoming debt-free for good! I’d love to hear your perspective on this and COVID-19, though. Sorry if this is inconvenient for you, bro, but I’m hoping to hear from you soon. This chapter is found in page 46 of my NKJV Bible I’m using for this, pages 59-60 of my NASB Bible (Old Testament), pages 102-104 of my VOICE copy, and pages 97-98 of my Amplified Bible (Classic Edition) copy.

I have a study Bible as of last summer in the NKJV, but I don’t think I can use it every time, since my laptop is busted and I don’t know how to write Hebrew, Greek, or Aramaic in any technology… I still don’t know any foreign language very good, either. Oh, right, I think there’s a lot of detail, Taylor had said, because God cares how everything in Jesus is done. I think the Bible would’ve been a lot longer if there needed to be a lot of chronicles about later Christians’ devotions to Jesus, but the world would’ve had no room to store the works of Jesus even in the mid-first century A.D. (John 21:25) ✝️ = πŸ’ And the stories of every Christian’s walk with Jesus ever? The earth would probably fall out of orbit if the stories were written in the places the devotions had occurred, but thankfully, that will never happen (see the psalms). Also, the last verse in this chapter is quoted in Hebrews 8:5, but is soon followed by Jeremiah’s prophecy of a new covenant (Hebrews 8:8-12, 10:16-17, also Jeremiah 31:31-34, cross-references: Ezekiel 11:19-20, 36:26-27).

Any prayer requests you want to mail to me? Drop them in my e-mail: ron.outland4727@gmail.com! I’ll read each one, write them down, then tape them to my bedroom walls! I’ll see you in the next chapter where we continue with God’s next set of instructions to Moses! Ciao!
